Hi,
I am in the planning of building a speaker using either Scanspeak D3004/66000 or Seas T29CF0001 Are there anybody out there who have heard both? I am interested in comparative listening impressions. The chosen tweeter will be crossed over to a 15 cm mid at approx. 3000 Hz. Views from builders that haven't heard both are also welcomed. Cheers!

The Scan has remarkable dispersion, I would try that one.

The decision may already have been made for you. I tried getting hold of a pair and looked everywhere, even the US. The D3006 has been put back until 2007 due to production problems.
