Default best <£375 speakers

Hi all can you please recommend me good a pair of floorstanding speakers that cost below £375.

My current amplifier is a pioneer A400 and would like speakers that would be a good match to this.

I would also be open to speaker + sub combinations which total £375.

Thanks

It's a bookshelf speaker and costs £400. But the Dynaudio audience 42 will blow any floorstand speaker at twice the price clear out of the tub.

Don't look at the specs. Visit a store and listen to them.

See if you can seek out a pair of Monitor Audio B4 (Bronze series) speakers. Big, warm sounding reflex jobs that shift a lot of air, and have bass. Lots of it. You should find a pair for about £300 now.

You can still occasionally pick up Tannoy 3LZs (the 10" Monitor Gold) for that sort of money. The standard cabinets are not up to much, but when rehoused they're very hard to beat.
