Owl Hardwood in USA will cut your mdf
 

I know hardly anyone on this site lives near this place in Illinois, but I just wanted to make this post for people who do. Owl Hardwood will cut your MDF boards, for just a few bucks. They will get them within less than a millimeter of what you ask for. They also can order MDF up to 1 1/2" thickness.

I'm going to check with them, and find out if they can cut and ship the panels for other people.
