I built John's Audax Mini (AP100Z0+TM025F1) for my niece -- used the same cabinet dimensions with Martin's ML TQWT software and inserted a port of radius = 0.75 inch, lenght = 1.50 inch and came up with the following -- obviously you folks can tweak the inputs to your heart's content:
