hallo friends
i am srinivas from india
i purchase a desecent set of B&W DM320 as a second hand set from a local guy.
the sound i am getting is ok but not what i expect from a B&W .
IAM using HK AVR65 as an amp
any body tell me how to identify whether the drivers are healthy or faulty even though it is sounding good?
i have a doubt that the polarity of the speakers are not correct, how to confirm it?drivers having markings but the cables coming from crossover are not colour coded (onepair blue+brown and second pair yellow +white) tweeter connections are ok ie red(+) and black(-) and connected to tweeter properly,my doubt is only with two woofers, because the pair is already opened before my purchase.
the speakers are three way 1"dome tweeter+two 8"drivers.
any suggetions
thanks

Simply place the speakers close together and listen. The reverse the connections to one of the drive units at a time and see how the sound changes. If one is out of phase it will sound weak when they are placed in close proximity.
Maybe the person messed about with the crossover inside?
