Default Isobaric loading, would this setup work???

In an isobaric configuration, can the 2nd woofer be mounted on the back of the box, like this:

No, that is not isobaric loading. That is two drivers in one box which will double the size of your enclosure. An isobaric design will halve the size of your enclosure.

If in same polarity, your schema is called a bipole and cancels baffle step in full.
