Audax AM100G2 Vs. Peerless 831990 For an array?
Hi ,
I am contemplating on building an array. Which would be a better driver. The peerleess 831990(5 inch) which is on sale at Madisound ai $10.50 or An Audax AM100g2(4 inch) at $19.50.TIA Lito |

Hi,
Due to the longer excursion (4mm vs 2mm), larger cone area, higher Qts (0.57 vs 0.37), lower price, and you'd need less of them seems to me the Peerless is the better choice. (edit : comment on Qts related to open baffle use)  /sreten.
