Default What to do , repair , replace or redesign.

Ok I got lucky and picked up 4 speakers at a school auction N.E.A.R. 8T 's

http://www.bogen.com/products/NEARspeakers/

3 are in perfect condition and sound unbelievable *to me* I by passed the transformer and am using them with a 200 watt / channel pioneer system .I mounted 2 under the gazabo roof on my deck , roof built with 5/4 deck boards so the bass is great . Problem is the 4th speaker , the HF driver which is a 1 inch titanium is dead . Does anyone know where to get one or if a direct replacement is even made for it , or should I try to retro fit another 1 inch driver in place of it ,if so what is best at a fair price or could the original dead one be repaired , or should I since I don't realy need the second pair *as it stands at half volume you can hear them at the house on the hill behind me which is about 3/4 mile away almost as well as in my own yard* use the 8 inch drivers to build a sub box for inside to replace the cheap little powered sub in use now?

By the way only paid $20 for all 4 of them .
I love school auctions .
