True Rta with sound blaster extigy problem

Hi, just bought the True Rta real time audio analyzer and had a lot of problems so far trying to calibrate everything and even get some reading from it. My sound card is an external Sound Blaster Extigy.This model have no line out but have a front out speaker as well as center and rear. Is the front out replace the line out.My computer is a dell latitude laptod pentium 4 2gig.I'm now using this package with a Radio Schack digital spl meter but should receive a Behringer ECM8000 mic and a 48v phantom power supply soon. I've seen some low priced sound blaster Audigy 2 on Ebay. Should this one work better with my setup or should try to buy a more expensive M-audio usb sound card.
I'm looking for the Audigy because it's a internal sound card and this make things easier when I want to take measurement on some speaker. As always thanks for any comments.

I can't be much help (computer stupid), but I can say that using the Audigy 2Zs in my setup, True RTA worked without a hitch.

I have used the front out from extigy as my line out and it worked well.
