Default mdf weight

I have a Tempest that I'd like to build a box for, and looking at Adire's plans for vented boxes, I've chosen the Adire Alignment Design, its 214L, and 22x22x33.5", also with internal braces. My question is how much is this cabinet going to weigh, using 3/4 MDF? Anyone know the weight of 1 cubic inch of MDF? that'd help me out a lot.

I believe most 19mm (3/4") is 50lbs +/-5lbs per cu ft.
(a 4' x 8' sheet is 2 cu ft.)

Just checked a half sheet of 19mm on my bathroom scales, 19.5kg, or about 43lb in old money...

Ah, but just think, all that moving will keep you in great shape

I built the EBS ported tempest from Adire's plans, and it must weigh 200lbs or so. It was made out of 3/4" baltic birch plywood and covered in 1/4" baltic birch plywood. It is a beast. I am dreading moving.

hopefully I'll be able to find out soon. I calc'd the materials to be 1.96ft^3, I'm hoping the MDF will weigh less than 60 lbs per cf, else I'm looking at more than 150lbs with tempest and ava250..
