Default Quadral Korun MK IV

Iím offered to buy a pair of Quadral Korun MK IV.
Older lady wants to get rid of these huge ugly Ďthingsí because you canít clean decently behind them.
I had a brief listening to some unknown classical female voice in very bad listening conditions. Donít know what to think, it sounded quite detailed but rather laid back.
Is this pair worth buying for a decent price or considered Ďto avoidí?
