Default Soundeasy beginner!!!

OK I just bought the latest SE package and I'm having initial problems. I'm trying to do the T/S measurements and have read the manual and the extra files. But something is not working.

Step one: enter Re and diameter.
Step two: calibrate, ends up looking great very near 1
Step three: in impeadance box, run MLS
Step four: IR->Z ( or what ever it is), a nice looking curve shows up, I tried many speakers and the curve looks great, meets manufacturers curves.
Step five: go to T/S tab, get current Zin, do basic T/S and the numbers arrrive, but I get this message
"unable to calculate Xr, Kr"
Can't find info on it so proceed on
Step six: Using added mass, mass entered in box, swap back to MLS screen.
Step seven: run MLS (impeadance box), hear sound, and then nice beautiful curve generates ( after clicking IR->Z)
The new curve shows up as expected.
Step Eight: Back to T/S tab, click "get current Z" from modified box. Click the delta mass button ( or what ever the name is and) I get the same error "unable to calculate Xr, Kr" and nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong, the pdf manual does not seem to address what I am doing, am I doing it wrong?????

Some one please help, I'm working 7/12s and trying to keep my sainity by spending time in the shop, hoping this software will relax me, but instead............

Thanks

Try the SE user group at yahoo. I've been posting lots of questions that nobody can answer, and some even get upset for whatever reason I don't know.
