Default Effective load impedances – SL Phoenix - drivers parallelled

Hi

FAQ 20 for SL's PHOENIX (www.linkwitzlab.com/faq.htm#Q20) says:
“ . . . and since each driver is only used over part of its frequency range, because the active crossover limits the range that each amplifier has to cover, effective load impedances become approximately 4.5 ohm for the tweeter, 3.5 ohm for the midrange and 6.5 ohm for the woofer”

The midranges and (usually) the woofers are paralleled, and mine will be.

Who knows if the above are (apparently) for ohms impedances for the individual drivers, so that if single amps are used for each band, the load impedances come to only 1.75 ohms for the midrange and 3.25 ohms for the woofer?

Thanks

Richard
