Frequency Response software

Finally finished my first set of speakers. They actually have output so I must have done something right.
Need suggestions on software (preferably freeware) that I can measure the frequency response with. I was also in the local RS looking at mics. Will the mic from my Yamaha receiver work.

Any FFT software will work. For Windows, AnalFreq and Spectran will work in conjunction with WinISD's sweep generator. For *nix users, Japa or Jaaa will do the same and Japa has a built-in generator
