Hello Everybody!!;)

Since i ain't got really good speakers now - The system is under DIY - constuction  (The preamp is ready and working with AN5534, AN5532) i was planning to build a speaker project...

The power amp that i intend to build is the Leachamp Clone by Jens / δ - Audio.

Since it will be my first time in speaker building i was concidering to build something like ProAc Responce 1s clone ...

...Before i get in harder designs!!:smash:

My living room is about 40~50 sq.meters. I like Rock, Blues, Jazz and things like that..

Is it trouth that the paper - cones for midbass are better than other materials? Or the companies are going back to this technology again??:apathic:

About the second design... How can i made this curves at left & right edges??

Thanks a lot !!:) :)

Paper cones are not better than others, they're just different. Some people like the accuracy of metal cones, some the softness of paper etc.

You can do curved sides by forcing many layers of thinner material (which wont break when bended) ~3-5mm over a curved framework/skeleton.
