Default Whats the best kit for me? (lots of info)

Hi. This is my first post. Im looking to get a diy kit, or plans with a parts list for partsexpress. I have been looking around for a while but there are so many designs im going crosseyed. So im gonna tell you my specs and let me know what you thing would fit me best.

I have 350 to spend on all parts. My room is a small (13'X12'X6.5') dormer style room with tapered walls, so the actual cubic feet is less than those dimensions mutiplied together. I have a Pioneer 1015 receiver. They would be used for an even mixture of music, movies and tv. I like classic rock, action movies, and sports. I have built sub boxes for cars, and own many tools including a table saw. I have an general idea how crossovers work and how to use a soldering iron but dont own one yet. I just want 2 main floor standers for now and will make a sub and the rest of the sorrounds later. Right now im most interested in the GR-Research AV-3's, but i would like to know if anything else would be better for me.
