I am no good at reading a crossover schematic. Can someone tell me if the woofer crossover parts can all be wired directly to the output from the amp, or do they need to be wired in some sort of succession so the next woofer can benefit from the coil on the previous woofer. I hope I am making sense.

You have 3 sets of woofers. Each vertical set is wired in series and then all 3 sets are wired in parallel.
This must be for a line array, a bunch of smaller bass/mid drivers, but with only one tweeter.
Each serial set of woofers will present a 16 ohm load to the amplifier, assuming 8 ohm drivers. Then, the 3 parallel sets will present a 5+ ohm load (16/3=5.333). Will your amp handle a 5 ohm load OK?
