Default curved port tubes

In order to accomodate long port tubes in a narrow and tall enclosure, can the port tubes be curved through 90 degrees? If possible, then what sort of correction has to be applied to the length of the port?

Just use a PVC pipe elbow and the use the mean length (on the centreline of the elbow) in the total port length.

It should be a long sweep elbow like used for drainage, not a sharp elbow, which would cause turbulence, reduced output, and noise.

Check out lectrical conduit elbows.

Don't forget about radiusing the corners, which you could do by making an MDF end flange and using a roundover router bit.
