Speaker Workshop - using "Measure -> Passive Components" to measure ESR ?

When a capacitor or inductor is measured in speaker workshop (menu option Measure -> Passive Component), what is that "resistance" value displayed in the small result box ?
It seems like it is the ESR/DCR of the cap/coil. Would it safe to assume this as the actual ESR of the cap. ?
If it is then it would be very handy is getting an idea or comparing ESRs of different capacitors.

I measured two 10uf caps from the junk box - one was a cheapo non-polar electrolytic cap and another a surplus GE polypropylene. The GE measured 77.6 milliohms and the electro a whopping 1.4ohms!
