Default My new project

I have Monacor SPH 135/AD midbass CLICK

-One no-name tweeter-resonant freq at 4kHz,range 4kHz-20KHz
-Monacor SPP-90 tweeter CLICK

Can u design me network crossover/passive & vented box(+ some advice how to stuff)

For the vented box, go to WinISD , click on "online" calcultor and enter your driver parameters, this will tell you your vented box volume.

Go back to the original page and click on "vent calculator" and enter the necessary information, this will give you the vent length.

Looks good
see the mid woof cone is breaking at 4,8kHz
so crossover at 3K more or less
put a trap at 5Khz
pad the tweet a little and use 2nd order HP filter.
start listening/measuring then tweek as needed.
Your mileage/km may vary.

Quality wood glue should work, especially on MDF material. For a sub or a speaker that will require some high pressure in the enclosure, I prefer to add a few screws, they keep the box together while the glue is drying (less clamps!!!!). Better safe then sorry. You will have countersink and fill the holes later before finishing.

Is it possible that amplifier "doesnt deliver" bass freqs?I connected sistem to the some "computer-few-wats" amplifier,but there isnt bass at all,just boomy s****(maybe box *can* be too little...)
