Has anyone used the dayton bypass caps, are they any good? I've heard the solen's are no good, but havn't heard anythingof the daytons.
Dayton 0.01uf are $0.70 Theta Bypass caps 0.01uf are $3.47 I'd like to realize the benefits of bypass caps without shelling out that kind of dough. |

I haven't used them in speakers, but have in other places. For the money, they are pretty good. I believe they are made by Solen, but when people talk about solens they are usually talking about the MPK while the daytons are FPK. They are probably worth the experiment, though you can probably get Vitamin Q's from ebay for the same money, and I like those better.
