Default Good microphone for speaker analasys?

Hi all,

I'm having a frustrating time with getting a decent microphone for doing speaker analasys. Pref. < $100USD.

Any reccommendations?

Thanks!

Hi,
the ECM8000 by Behringer is a good and reliable option; it cost less than US$100, and you could spent the saved money for a calibration.

Regards,
Claudio

A bigger consideration is microphone calibration.

I have an ECM8000 mic, what sort of things should one look in the yellow pages for in order to get a calibration file?
