Well, it's all about finding good woodworkers to do the cuts. Some pieces were done "by measure", as particularly the front foldings had some tolerance...
In fact the hard part is having perseverance

I'm at work now. Tonight or tomorrow I will start the front horn. After that all will be straighforward.

Appart my historic recordings ( a pitty that we are so very few who like golden age artists ) I saw 2 monoaural movies yesterday:
"divorzio á l'italiana" with Mastroiani, excellent black humour film; "á plein soleil", with Alain Delon, excellent suspense film. I believe that "the excellent Mr Ripley" or whatever the tittle, is a "remake" of the later film.

I will keep you updated.
