Hi there

The spreadsheet you are looking for is Thorsten's XL Baffle spreadsheet. It predicts the response of a driver for a size of baffle. Both the driver and baffle size is user input, and it also takes into consideration placement in the room (distance from rear and side walls), which is also input by the user. That is what I used to calculate the specs I quoted.

If you prefer new products you can use the Fostex FW305 (around 600 Euro/pair) in the same horns and recycle your focal tweeters (no longer available for the diy market).
