Experience with Tang Band W3-881S Neodymium midrange?

This driver looks pretty tempting, at $11.46 for 4+ at Parts Express, even if x-max ist low at +/- .5 mm.

Anybody used it? Disto measurements? Reviews? What is a PPM cone?

Poplypropylene Molded maybe.....

I am also try to think of a Tang Band project, pretty sweet for the price. Apparently everything I have heard about them has been good so far.

I like this driver. Makes a nice desk speaker for not much money:

A friend of mine pinched 'em. He complains that the top end is lacking a bit, so if you have young ears you might find that. Don't expect the earth for 12 dollars though... :-)
