good driver vs bad driver

we all have seen many high-class drivers and many more average and bad ones, manufacturers charge anywhere from tens of dollars to thousands for their drivers

when you look at any driver objectively they are often made from similar components

id like to know what is the difference, the clinching factor that makes the difference between a hi-fi sounding driver and a average driver
