Yes the Kit 41 is a good value speaker now and will be for some time.
We lean to the ribbons , because the mids are so clean in the mid range why put a cheap tweeter on top.
Do not get me wrong they do sound good for the money but we just went to the ribbon in our HT 1 for sound quality.
Also we do have the RAW-1 which uses the same tweeter as the Kit 41.
Having done our RAW-1 for RMAF 2 years ago using that tweeter, as well we use a sceond order network.Others found a need for a kit with less parts!

Over pick the kit which suits your needs as well as price range.

All the best.
Thanks!

It's always good to hear directly from the source.

I'll do some more looking around your site.

I do understand the concept of a refined upper response.

Thanks again, RAW!

Todd

Would you like to Demo the RAW-1 or the HT1, HT2.
LMK I can get them out the door in the next few days.
Sorry no HT3 to be had at this time.

The HT8 is not on your website...any idea when it'll be up? and will you be releasing a kit of it?

Thanks no Al,
I have enough speakers in my home and my wife would definitely not approve. Also none of my homemade ones, even the nice looking ones, are in the main living areas of my home. They have been banished to workshop areas. Only the mini stereo in the living room (arghhh) and the JVC surround system in the tV room. All my DIY speakers and amps are in the workshop/computer area alas.... : (

Greg to bad we never got a chance to go for a cool one while we were at CES
Anyway that is fine i just wanted to offer them up.

As for the HT8 coming we are still waiting for the parts to get instock.
The Complete HT8 in Ball Sapele High Gloss with bases Sound Fusion spikes, pure sonicaps with Platinum bypass caps ect will be $4999.99 shipping included in the US and Canada.

Kit forum not sure if we will offer a kit for them just a lot of money in crossover parts that most will not spend and we are only offering them one way as complete as we can.
