Default MCE-2000 Linkwitz Mod

Hi everybody,

I looked a little bit here how to make a measurement microfone and find a lot of messages on Panasonic WM-60AT. I found that the equivalent that I could buy is Monacor MCE-2000. I ordered some and then what I have received is this that I attached in photograph.

I have some questions since I do not know anything on mics:

1. It seems to me that this is already opened capsule, is it not?
2. How to perform Linkwitz mod on this one? The 1 and 2 are standard
connections and I think 3 is capsule connections.
3. Which one should be positive 1 or 2?
4. Any good link on the net with this capsule, I think that Panasonic ones do not apply...

Thank you in advance,
Pred
