I have Pioneer TSG 1640R-6 1/2. Would 80 hz be a good crossover point? How do I do it, capacitor or what?
I am powering from radio.

If you are just using low power (20-30w) I would simply run it all the way down, in a vented enclosure you still get usable response down to 50hz or so. Any attempt at passive X-overs below 100z simply isn't worth the hassle with these kind of drivers.
