Default Recycle cabinets

Hate throwing things out - thought I would try a "plop in".

Goal - sound like (better) thean my Paradigm Titans which I really like. I listen to mostly jazz type music - CD/SACD/DVDA. Yamaha RXV2500 100w amp.

Cabinet interior measures 7w x 9.62d x 38h (inches). MTM design. Mid/bass cutouts are 146mm. (VIFA line?) centered 4.5 and 16.5 inches from the top of the cabinet. Tweeter cutout is 52.4mm centered 10.5 inches from the top of the cabinet. Round (front) port is 2.25 inches wide located 12 inches from bottom of cabinet.

I also happen to have crossovers from Mirage om8's. Don't know xover points. Don't know if I can use them.

Drivers, xover and cabinet mod suggestions please.
Thanks

Hi,

interior volume works out around 40 litres.

try

http://www.humblehomemadehifi.com/Proteus.html

or

http://speakerbuilder.net/web_files/...oject/eros.htm

as sources for ideas or the solution.

There are many MTM designs to suit all budgets.

/sreten.
