Default KEF T52 Replacement in R103

I have been given a pair of KEF R103s which have open circuit T52 tweeters. I don't think the original tweeter type is going to be easy to source and am wondering if there is a readily available tweeter that would make a reasonable job of imitating the T52. Any suggestions?

Cheers
