Speaker Builder 4/88 had an article by d'Appolito and Bock -- the Swan IV -- used 2 -- 12" Precision TA305 bass drivers, a pair of Focal 5N412-DB mid-bass and D-28 tweters. Included in the design was an electronic xovr to boost the bass yielding flat response down to 20Hz -- the Pedal Coupler -- I built one on vector board 15 years ago -- and boards were never offered by Old Colony, so I am going to redo the design on PCB -- if anyone wants the gerbers just email me. The board will include LM317/LM337LZ regulators and an artificial ground (which you can eliminate -- but I include it so the supply can be operated from a wall wart):
