I've just posted a new thread on this over on the full-range forum, which is where I tend to hang out more, being known as a bit of a single-driver fiend. I've been testing a new version of one of his sheets -belive me, it's a massive upgrade. I don't want to repeat everything here obviously (I bet the moderators would be after my blood if I did, so if you're a user of Martin's sheets, or if you're interested in the most accurate computer modelling system available anywhere to the best of my knowledge, take a look.
