Morel 3-way tri-amped project

Hi All

I need some help planning cabinets for my new project.

I'll use a simple pc + rme pst to run BruteFIR as a digital filter, it's all ready, fully functional and tested.
I'll use an old stereo ONKYO receiver as the amp for the woofers and two t-amps for mid and tweeter.

I plan two boxes for each speaker, one for woofer and one for tweeter/mid.

Chapter 1, Planning the Woofer:

The woofer is a 10" morel drive, mw1075 - (http://morelusa.com/woofers/mw-1075.htm)

For the woofer I'll build a sealed box, in an infinite baffle fashion.

Working material is 2x17mm fly wood (red fly wood), the inner walls padded with damping material.
H: 108 cm (42.5")
W: 40 cm (15.75")
D: 25.4 cm (10")

Are these measurements good?
Where should I place the woofer? middle? upper middle close to the other box with the mid/tweeter?

My only limitation is the size of the wood planned for the job, it's 2 plates, around 120x240cm (4x8 feet)

Preferred shape is rectangle (off course), I'll probably trim the edges in a 45 degree angle to soften the edges. Is it better to round them? 45 degrees are much easier technically…
