Click on the link below and download the Theile_Parameters.pdf file in the General category. It will provide the engineering design specifications Please note the page has the spelling wrong. Its "Thiele" vice "Theile".

Actual, measured parameters of each individual driver depend upon the accuracy of the measuring equipment and knowledge of the person doing the measuring.
