unknown speakers

Hi!
Years (about 10) ago I bought some speakers (a pair of tweeters and subs), 'cos of their price, but back then I did not know much about DIY sound system so TS parameters for me were space tech. Meanwhile this company has been closed or something, so I cannot reach them.
The fore mentioned speakers are:

KONIG ELECTRONIC CAR AUDIO
-woofer KW-406 (size 310mm,4-Ohm,RMS 240W,SPL 92dB,FREQ 20-3k Hz)
-tweeter KTW-422 (size 105mm,4-Ohm,RMS 150W,SPL 96dB,freq 5k-20k Hz)

So my question is:
- has anybody had (or heard of) theese speakers
- has anybody tested TS parameters

They have been working very good (for their price)for a few years (and they still are), but I want to build a system taking in consideration everything that matters!

Looking forward to hearing some positive answers.
