Very small vented speaker?

Hi all,

I have little space in my apartment and want to build a small speaker. I estimate i have no more than 3 litres internal cabinet volume.

What 4" midwoofers should be at the top of my list? I won't be running a subwoofer so ported is preferable.

I have looked at these drivers so far - any preferences? Have i missed anything better?

I've had great results with the Morel in 2-3l boxes. if you look at small neo tweets like the Morel MDT-44 or Vifa D26-55-06 to partner it you can make very compact cabinets.

The Aurasound NS4-255 looks great. I cant find any designs using it, but I sure would like to try it with something.

It plots very similarly with the Seas W12 and L12. The NS4 has smooth FR to 5kHz and only minor breakups at >10kHz.
