Mid-range for Scanspeaker 9900 tweeter ?

Hi,

I have a pair of Scanspeak Revelator 9900 tweeters left. I'm thinking to build another pair of loudspeakers, for watching DVD concert and TV.

To keep the cost down. I'm finding good mid-range drivers (not Revelator seris, or other brands) to match with the 9900.

I'm looking at Seas and Vifa, but not sure which models. Any suggestion ?

I personally like the Vifa PL11MG for 30 bucks each I think they are a great deal.

The 9900 can play low, so consider the Seas MCA15RCY for a good value mid. If you hit the lottery, ATC 150 or Audio Technology.

Hi Bjackson, please appologize for my poor knowledge. My old loudspeakers had Scanspeak 18W8431 mid-range woofers and 9900 tweeters. I took the old 18W8431's.

Not sure what I'm looking for is a mid-range or a mid-woofer. I'm looking for a substitute to 18W8431.
