Red face Please help me about my first DIY !!!!!!

Hello to all you guys

I want to build a closed box speaker as a first diy project. In my country, well known speakers like vifa, scan-speak, visaton, and many others are unreachable. So I went to a local store and got a list of speakers they are selling. Then I chosed this one SBX2030, although it is more suited for vented designs, and I would appreciate any comments and toughts about it in a closed speaker box.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

T/S parameters:

Music power Pz / W 120
Power rating Pn / W 80
Impedance Z / Ù 8
Free air resonance fs / Hz 33
Max. frequency range f / Hz 35-3500
SPL (1W/1m) Spl / dB 88
Voice coil diameter / inch 1,5
Voice coil former ALU
Cone KEVLAR
Magnet weight Oz 30
RDC DC resistance RDC / Ù 7,3
Eff. cone area Sd / cm2 216,4
Mech. Q factor Qms 3,79
Electr. Q factor Qes 0,39
Total Q factor Qts 0,35
Equivalent volume VAS / l 46,72
Moving mass Mms / g 33,17
Mech. resistance Rms / kg/s 1,96
Suspension compl. Cms / mm/N 0,71
Force factor BxL / Tm 10,85
Voice coil induct. L / mH 4,10
Max. lin. excursion Xm / mm 4,50

I would put it in a 15 liter closed box and would use Linkwitz transform circuit (or any other combinations of any filter) to get f3 something between 45-60Hz.
Also, I already got an amplifier, and it is rated at 40W @ 8ohms. Can my speakers handle that power if I use xover at about 2kHz, 12dB/oct?
And, I must mention that I'm not a bass freak
