Hi, I would like to know a little more about some of the classical bass reflex alignments. I can't seem to find that much information online. I know most of this is done with box modeling programs nowadays but I am still interested in learning about the B4, SBB4, C4, and QB3 alignments. I don't expect equations, just basic descriptions of the kind of 'sound' that people expected to get when they designed a box using one of these alignments. Also: relatively big boxes, generally? Relatively small? and relatively high tuning points, or relatively low?
