I like em both, thats the problem
I'm going to try to overlay the colors over the real photograph tonight to get a better idea of what it will look like.. I think I'm leaning towards the lighter wood, it shows the grain more --Chris |

From the photo, it seems like the lighter color would fit your current decor a little better, but both would look nice.

Please allow me to muddy the waters.
Dark wood looks richer (as in money). Lighter wood looks more contemporary (as in "I am hip"). A black baffle will be very close to the color of your cat, which will allow him or her to curl up next to the baffle and almost disappear. Statistical Analysis People who prefer the darker stain 63% should better watch their cholesterol 34% think in retrospect that Iraq was still a good idea 3% are inclined to vote for George Bush again in 2008 People who prefer their wood finish raw 28% are troubled about using the color mauve as an accent for chartreuse 11% of them are in some form of counselling 28% of them should be Personally I have a very definate opinion of which finish I prefer, but that might change in 20 minutes when my medication kicks in. I hope that whichever choice you make brings you happiness and satisfaction in a job very well done.
