Don't know if it helps but in the uk they're called 'cap head' machine screws.

I was hoping from an audio company. None of those companies above appear to have black screws.

Hi David,
Any of the bolt shops will stock them. In Melbourne try Keable or Cost Less Bolts etc. That's where I buy mine. Otherwise look up bolts in the Yellow Pages. Cheers, Ralph |
