my books are in storage and i did a search and can't find an answer for a simple question. what is the max (and recommended) frequency of a 6.5" woofer?
edit: i should have said frequency instead of q, i don't mean to use the T/S terminology, ignore. |

If I remember right, it was speed of sound/frequency x 12. if it's over the cone area, it shouldn't be used in that frequency. It's somewhere around 2100
|

Beaming will occur at the frequency where the cone diameter equals a wavelength, or F = 344 / D (using metres)
