i need large speakers to fill my living room, because my jordans are damaged because i played them too loud
the drivers would be : audax tm025f7 small titanium dome tweeter audax am100g2 4"midbass that can go to 5khz+ audax hm210g6 8" woofer that seem preety good. and all of them are on sale at madisound, for 270$ i think its a good start i'm leaning to TMWW design that many speaker designer using. Von schweikert, hyperion, aerial to name a few any inputs is very welcome and apreciate |

maybe ML-TL for the woofer if its possible?
because the jordans are very good with them, and qts is in the range for the ml-tl. i'm looking for 1st order crossover for them. maybe at 500 hz and 5 khz. i want to beat regular 3 way with $800-1200 price tag, because they seem cant deliver good music. incl. Triangles and KEF, they seem preety compresed and a hiss vocal kind of sound. |

the mids am100g2 seem have a good response to 5khz or so,
anyone has any experience with them? i know the sensitivity is preety low, and the power handling is 40W, i wonder if it can play loud enough. i'm planning to sealed them to have an acoustic rolloff for the bottom bass. but i realized these days that u can have a good clean bass with sealed but sometimes the vocals seem a bit restrain, because TL design seems to free them from the strain air compression in the cabinets, anyone agreed? or is it my wrong feeling |

When you determine the highest point for your crossover, take driver radiation into consideration. You want your highest frequency waveleght longer than the driver itself. I'd cross it over at 3 kHz, right before the off-axis starts to break up.

You might want to use the Seas 27TBFCG tweeter. One of the best dome tweeters around, and is only $30USD.
