Ok, i,m a complete beginner in this diy thing.
I am wondering if someone can explain what a "The cap is a Bennic poly" is? i need it for the filter design and i can,t find it anyware. I understand that it dont have to be a bennic or even a 4,3 value since i can put a 1.0 and a 3,3 in pararell.. However.. What does Poly meens?? In Swedish i can see more than one option for Poly so i need to know exact. Polyester Polykarbon Polypropylen polyfenylsulfid very greatful for the help. Best regards |

I am sure "poly" refers to polypropylene. In the US when polyester is used it usually is referred to as Mylar. The other items beginning with poly are not used in speaker filters.
