Default Odd size speaker foam replacement

I have refoamed a number of speakers now with some success . However run into some odd size foams that can not find at the few dollar level the others used .
For example the JBL 12" are not standard size .
Also have a pair of EPI that need mids done and can not find size that fits .
Has anyone got a good source of foams that are a few dollars so can revive some of these old classics .
Brian
