Hi all,
Two days back I downloaded the shareware version of audio tester V2.1. It has a new feature which allows direct measurement of T/S parameters (both mass loaded and volume). I think this is one of the easiest and one of the most user friendly (means no going thru tutorials ). Just now I measured the T/S of two drivers SUB166SPP subwoofer from dainty(Chinese) and YP 8"(indian) subwoofer the details are given below
Dainty
--------
Parameter Value
-----------------------------
fs 47.7 Hz
Zmax 92.4 Ohm
Rdc 16.4 Ohm
Qms 3.15
Qel 0.68
Qts 0.56
Mmd 29.90 g
Cms 0.37 mm/N
Vas 7.96 liter
(contd..)
Thanx,
Venki.
