PE purchased AC W3-871 coming to PE

I was told that PE now purchased AC and the TB drivers in North America are all in the hands of PE.

What ever happened to the Tang Band 8" sub woofer ? I never see it for sale anywhere.

PE sells Aurum Cantus now, but I have my doubts that they now own the company especially considering I've never seen their finished speakers even sold in the US.

(Looks like its still owned by Jinlang Audio in China)

Haven't heard anything about TB. The TB 8" sub that was popular for a while I think was a limited run. The rumor I heard was that they were built for a contract but the buyer fell through.

No I am talking about Acoustic Tecnology.
PE will have the marker for all TB drivers.

Acoustics web site forwards you to PE.

This has nothing to do with Aurum Cantus

Which one? There's four different 8" (sub)woofers from TB

I am using the W8-740C, very similar to the 740E

There's also the W8-933 and the W8-1363SA

The one I remembered was the 740C but the others look nice.
Tang Band has a nice line of drivers. I hope their quality and consistency can, one day, match their innovation.
