Is Aurum Cantus same as Audax

I just got a catalog for parts express and I looked to see that Aurum Cantus is now producing woofers in addition to ribbon tweeters. However, they look identical to Audax except for the Phase Plug. I dn't m,ind because I allways liked Audx for midranges, this may be a second shot to use Audax in future designs since they are stoping production for the DIY market.

Aurum Cantus is a China based company - I think Audax is French.

Audax is a division of Harmon International, the company that owns JBL, Infinity, Harmn-Kardon, etc. In Harmon's infinite wisdom, they are phasing out production of professional and home loudspeakers, and moving all of Audax's resources to the car audio market. Also, have you heard? Hafler has ceased production of all professional audio products in order to focus their efforts on their Rockford-Fosgate division. I think I'm in the wrong business. I should be in car audio instead of professional.
