Help to chose XO frequency

Hy DIY folk. I need some help-advice.

I am planing to built the Vifa Premium center loudspeaker with bass unit Vifa PLW14/232/8 (two units) and for the tweter Vifa XT300 or XT25. My plan is to go active. So i would like to know what is the best frequency to cross this drivers. (I do not have any practise with designing crossovers) I will use the L-R 24dB active crossover.

And what is the best crossover frequency for scan speak 18S/8545 and D2905/9500. Maybe something about 3kHz. Againn L-R 24dB active crossover. This two units are plant to be used in a future watt/pupy clone as satelites.

Any advice will be usefull.

You must avoid the tweeter resonance.
You must crossover below the point at which the midrange starts beaming - see link.
You must compromise between all of these, and listen to what sounds best.

Theres much more but theres a start.

Then you can start thinking about phase in the crossover region and if its important.
